ARMILLARY LIMITED (“Armillary” “we”, “us”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This privacy policy applies to the website www.armillary.co.nz owned and operated by Armillary Limited. This privacy policy describes how Armillary collects and uses the personal information you provide on www.armillary.co.nz. Information we may collect from you

Access to information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove or request it be deleted by emailing our Customer Support at admin@armillary.co.nz or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. Any access request may be subject to a fee of $10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

We will retain your information until you request that we remove it from our systems. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, which in some cases involving the collection and processing of financial data may require a retention period of 7 years.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.
