Annual Retreat

The team at Armillary Private Capital kicked off February with our annual retreat in Glenorchy at the Headwaters Camp Glenorchy Eco Retreat.

Camp Glenorchy is the first net-zero energy accommodation built according to the Living Building Challenge, producing more energy than they use and consuming 50% less water than similar-sized facilities. All profits are reinvested into the local Community Trust, directed by members of the local township.

Uniting our teams across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Wanaka offices, we had the opportunity to collaborate on some exciting projects which we plan to execute throughout the year. Alongside the working sessions, we also walked partway up the Routeburn Track. The thoughtful execution and planning associated with our stay, really gave our team the opportunity to reset, relax and collaborate. We eventually left feeling inspired and reinvigorated.
