Cooks Coffee Company - Rights Issue and Shortfall Placement

In the month of March, Armillary Private Capital and Dalgety Finance successfully completed Cooks Coffee Company (NZX: CCC) rights issue and shortfall placement.

The equity raise assists Cooks to strengthen its balance sheet by reducing debt and setting the platform for future growth through new store openings and acquisitions.
