Stark Bros. Limited Sale

The Stark family has decided to sell their business and Armillary Private Capital has been asked to advise Stark Bros. Limited on the sale. 

Many of you may be aware the business has been operating from Lyttelton for over sixty years and is highly regarded for the services it provides to the marine industry.

Included for sale are the

Assets and ship repair and boat building business activities of Stark Bros. Ltd and essential and strategic property assets relating to that business (adjacent to the dry dock)

Transport division assets

Other properties owned by the group which are seen as non- essential to the core business (but which could be owned or leased by the purchaser)

Given the time of year we would just like an indication in the next two weeks whether you have an interest in acquiring the assets of Stark Bros.  By the end of January we intend considering the NBIO’s and the parties we will proceed with through the due diligence phase.
