$16.1m sale of the Duncannon property


Recently Armillary Private Capital advised Duncannon Group Ltd and Hortus in relation to the $16.1m sale of the Duncannon property to a MyFarm Investments Ltd syndicate.

Hortus is a vineyard management company and one of the leading providers of contract labour in Marlborough with a strong reputation for looking after the pastoral needs of its workers.

The Duncannon property is a Blenheim based commercial property, purpose built as accommodation for seasonal vineyard workers and consented for temporary backpacker accommodation.
