A typical engagement often starts with an initial assessment and recommendations.  If there is a desire to engage beyond the initial assessment, we operate on a retainer or fixed fee basis.

Financial Training

We run financial training courses which are a combination of business simulation with real life experience. Through our targeted financial training programs we help businesses to understand the financial impacts of commercial decisions.
